How we work

With I'Zulu, you will never have to talk to a call-centre!
Whoever answers your phone call is a member of the management team who:

• will take your order,
• answer your queries,
• execute the action, and
• liaise with you right through to completion!

  Tell us about your deadlines and your problems; they immediately become our problems too! Right through to the moment we have solved them!

We are a phone call / e-mail away amd our friendly and professional consultants will physically attend to your need or request, after which a quotation will be worked out.

We offer four main categories of service:

• Overnight:
  which means collection by us before 3.00pm, for delivery by lunchtime next day.

• Same Day:
  which means that we must collect by 9.00 am for delivery during working hours
• Special Deliveries:
  When an item needs to be collected and delivered in the course of one 'shift' (that is, a morning or an afternoon), as "special" surcharge is added. This also applies when a delivery needs to be completed at a time which is clearly earlier than the end of the morning or afternoon concerned.
• VIP Specials:
  We also provide what we call a "VIP Special" service, whereby a 'drop everything' response is required, to have something collected and delivered almost immediately. (We advise clients to seek a quotation in advance for a VIP Special.)
